Catering for the serious coffee lover, they put a lot of effort into making you a good brew. Had a cappuccino and is was great if not a little sweet.

Wow! Certainly the best Coffee (cappuccino) I’ve had in Asia. I think it even included a full strength shot of coffee (shock horror!). Super duper friendly staff as you would expect and probably the only thing in Ginza worth it’s (exorbitant) price tag.

On top of having awesome crème brulées and great bread, Silo serves a very wicked cappuccino. Nice and frothy and quite sweet. Delicious.
