Somehow managed to make my long black look as though it had been topped with burnt microwaved milk—nonetheless it was a reasonable impression of what coffee should taste like, though nothing to write home about.

The lemon tart was like a good comedian—it left me wanting more. The coffee is nothing special, though, and it usually arrives in a chipped and cracked mug. Where’s the love in that? -

One positive thing I would say about Cream is the selection of pastries on hand. Although not unique to them (I believe other cafes in the area use the same bakery supplier) they’re fairly awesome.
