Two doors down from De Clieu, you’re going to have to do something special to compete. Arcadia have chosen Campos coffee as their weapon of choice, and they do a decent job with it (though ot quite Campos-proper standard). The wait-staff are cute and the barista a little grumpy, overall a good alternative if De Clieu is full up.
