Great approach to coffee. They make every cup by hand (one-person drip cup of coffee through a big filter). They roast all of their own beans and take extreme pride in the quality and personal touch.
Best non-espresso coffee shop in all SF. Get it medium sweet with real cream. Philharmonic is my fav.
