Had the pour-over because @dylanfm told me to, was not disappointed.

Had some great coffee here and yummy foods. The Ethiopian AA siphon coffee was particularly good, the skinny cap I had before lunch was also one of the better coffees I’ve had in Melbourne. For lunch I can recommend the fish tacos. My wife had the chicken BLAT and enjoyed it immensely. Will visit again!

Great coffee, great food, great company.

Ristretto was ok, not quite thick enough though, just ground a little coursely I think. The syphon however was fantastic; and the food is super nom if you’re into that kinda thing.

Always a great coffee here. They roast on the premises and always have 2 single origins to choose from. Great food too!

Great coffee. Cool spot. Can’t go past the bar at the window for crowd watching.

Boutique coffee house with a superior house blend (roasted on site), works fantastically with milky or black coffees. I was so impressed with the house blend I bought a bag of beans to use with my stove-top, and now have the wonderful aroma & flavour at home.
The knowledgable staff will also be able to describe the ins-and-outs of the single origins available for you, if that’s what you prefer.
Full array of breakfast, lunch & snacks, and they lay claim to probably the best breakfast in Melbourne: poached eggs, hommus & avocado spread on sourdough, with dukkah and honey-candied bacon (fresh from the onsite deli). Yum!

Like most businesses on Chapel Street this place is overpriced, but the coffee was made well and the service was perfect. The coffee is Genovese (excuse my bad spelling) and served in cute Russian-style cup & saucer. My only issue - besides the Chapel-S…

The worst coffee I’ve ever paid for. Undrinkable!

Macchiato was burnt, with an overabundance of milk froth crudely dumped on top. This cafe is very large, so the wait for both service and coffee was slow. Still, their tarts and other baked treats were quite tasty.

Sorry Amici but the waiter forgot my order twice and when my latte finally came the milk tasted like it had been boiled. :(

This place has all the right elements to be amazing: tucked away on a side street just of High and Chapel St, graffiti all over the facade, a cute little alfresco bar along the street and quirky fittings throughout.… unfortunately, it didn’t quite deliv…

Great food, coffee, complete with that modern bare bulb decor, that seems to be so in at the moment. (I am fan of groovy lighting). Outdoor seating available out the back in their private courtyard - a rare find. I will be back in the warmer months to t…
