Mojo Origins
Indeed a bustling café, but the service was friendly and the Guatemalan single origin in the Chemex was lovely.
An incredibly busy Café on Wellington’s main shopping street; Origins is supposed to be Mojo’s showcase location for single origin and pourover coffee.
95% of the clientele aren’t here for that though, and the staffing follows the clientele… which means that not all of them know a lot about what they’re selling.
However the manager knew plenty, and soon had a Chemex of Zambian ready for me. It was very well made.
Origins also does some very nice & well-priced food, given the location, and you can of course expect the usual consistently great Mojo espresso drinks too.

Allpress coffee was pretty tasty. Standard cafe breakfast fare, but well done promptly delivered. This place is hit by a rush of suits before 9am but quietens down shortly after.
