A great find just 5mins walk from Sensoji Temple! Cute little cafe in the backstreets where I enjoyed a great espresso and some funky Japanese tunes!

Super cute café that serves pretty decent espresso and various small snacky things. Bonus points for being open from 8am on weekdays (a rarity in Tokyo).

A big open industrial space with plenty of seating, Bridge is a great spot to spend some time relaxing and caffeinating. They serve espresso and filter coffee and both were delicious.

Teeny lil’ roastery that also serves lovely filter coffee. Doesn’t open until 11am alas, so not great for a morning fix.

A high-end mall in high-end Ginza seems like an apt place for a Monocle café, but it’s also a relief to find some decent coffee in the area. I ordered a macchiato, and like Hugh mentioned, it did come out more like a half-latte, but it was still rich an…

They make a great cappuccino here. Pretty pricey, but worth it compared to the majority of other cafés in Tokyo that serve rubbish for coffee.
