Memphis Belle
The guys at Memphis Belle clearly make some great coffee. The popularity of their little space (with plenty of outdoors overflow seating for enjoying the sun) proves it. I just wish they didn’t have to be so surly about it. I’m sure I just caught them at a bad time. It’s probably still a great bet for one of the better cups of coffee in Wellington.
The enticing smell of superbly brewed coffee drew us into this cafe. My espresso did not disappoint. Excellent taste and texture.

Best breaky I found in Wellington and with espresso to match. I had two lovely short blacks and to accompany my delicious Turkish eggs. The perfect antidote to a rather dusty Saturday morning after the night before.

Laidback hipster diner-style place. Good coffee and food, plus beer. This suits me nicely as a sleep-deprived, newly arrived international visitor who is not sure what time it is.
