A solid espresso with Mecca beans, but some of the worst service I think I’ve ever experienced in any cafe ever. I’d recommend strictly takeaway only.

A bike shop seemed an unlikely saviour of that first week of the year, when you’re back at work but your baristas aren’t. Many Mecca punters found themselves redirected to Atelier de Velo, an espresso bar inside a bike shop (using Mecca coffee).

Coffee was good, ambience slightly curious with a fully-fledged bike shop and street art inspired artwork overlooking the whole scene. Suspect it will remain very popular with the cyclists in my office, if a little dangerous for their bike budgets.

Nice coffee but lost it’s intensity as I got further through it.

Food’s good (try the thai salad) but the coffee’s terrible. Rating this one according to the coffee only!

Good coffee and generous, tasty food, but they so take their time. Skip it if you’re in any sort of rush.

Decent, strong cappuccino just down the road from the generic coffee offered by Four Points Sheraton.
