Downstairs near the arrivals hall in NAIA Terminal 3, Le Bistro will serve you a reasonable coffee. It has the distinct flavour of the local Barako beans, so if you’re after a more familiar tasting coffee, head upstairs to the Illy place. Otherwise, this place has plenty of comfortable couches, and fast wi-fi for customers.

When you’re departing from NAIA 3, you’ll find a decent coffee here. It’s not a nice as the Illy place next door, but the prices are much more reasonable for both their drinks and food (which is quite good).

This appears to be the only espresso-vendor in the domestic departures area of NAIA T2. Their range (and ability) is limited, but the end result is not altogether horrible (I chose a milky coffee to be safe).

awful coffee! cafe latte tastes like hot milk with no traces of coffee at all! the closest to a coffee is their americano but still a home brewed coffee is better. Starbucks is over rated here.
