3seeds is the new café/gourmet store/catering school above Ocean Fresh in the Fyshwick Markets. While I think they’re still finding their feet with their coffee offerings (my macchiato was a little on the burnt side), their changing-by-the-day food menu looks amazing. Our cake was delicious.
Definitely worth a visit if you want to a take a quiet break at the markets. Being up on the first floor gets you pleasantly above the hustle and bustle.

A prestige Bakery Cafe which puts much more effort into its food than its coffee. Thankfully, then, the food is effing amazing, which puts the coffee at slightly above average.

Whilst my order was not quite understood, overall the coffee was a great compliment to a very good meal. The chocolate & terra-cotta pallet used successfully in the decor was matched well to the choice of bean. Would order here again.

Coffee was well made, fresh and smooth, ..but not quite ‘divine’. Closer to four stars than three-and-a-half, and deserves the four thanks to friendly service and tasty food options in both sweet and savoury. A delightful find.
