The Purple Pickle
Average coffee, good to poor service. Food is average - decent selection. Large outdoor seating area.
One of a few half-decent cafés at the Australian National University. The baked-on-site muffins are possibly the biggest in the observable universe, and the coffee is decent, though not great.
If you’re after a cosy place on campus to sit and ponder I’d choose The Gods Café instead but The Purple Pickle is worth a visit—especially if you want to sit out in the sunshine.
